April 15, 2022 || Mexican security forces dismantled a home meth lab

Mexican State citizen security forces, in coordination with the Attorney General's Office and the National Guard, pursuant to a court order, raided a house located in the municipality of Playas de Rosarito. As a result of the search, authorities were able to locate and dismantle a methamphetamine laboratory.

The coordinated effort was carried out on April 15 of this year, after a search warrant was issued for a house located at kilometer 30 in Rancho Matahanil, in the Cuenca Diaz area.

Several bags of methamphetamine-like substance were found in the house, as well as two containers of liquid substance, probably precursors, that are still being analyzed, as well as two vehicles.

It is worth noting that all of the above were handed over to the FGR, the competent authority to determine the exact weight of the substances seized, as well as to continue the appropriate investigation, the state agency said. The exact number of drugs seized as well as the arrests were not reported.
